Payment schedule & Cancellation policy
Non-refundable group deposit of $500 due within 15 days of registration
Payments of $500 per person due Feb 1, 2009 and again May 1, 2009. Balance due on Oct 1, 2009. (If airline transportation is included, new payment schedule will be required)
Cancellation penalty is $500 at registration; 100% of airline cost upon airline deposit (if applicable); 50% of cost 120 days before travel and 100% of tour cost 45 days before travel.
